Location: Must be based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.
Salary: $85,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead and manage end-to-end IAM workstreams, providing strategic updates to steering committees.
- Define and drive requirements for privileged identity policies, standards, and controls globally.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with IAM/PAM policies, facilitating remediation of non-compliance issues.
- Liaise with internal and external audit teams to manage IAM-related controls and evidence testing.
- Partner with onboarding and operations teams to design and deliver PAM solutions for legacy and modern platforms.
- Mentor team members and represent the manager in strategic discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management and RBAC/ABAC.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, or similar IAM solutions.
- Proficiency in Windows, Unix, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, AWS, SQL, and Oracle environments.
- Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR).
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or Computer Science.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, GSLC, CISM, CISSP, or CISA.
- Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
