Enterprise Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions to define business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Design scalable, secure, and commercially viable solutions spanning infrastructure, data centers, virtualization, hybrid cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and applications.
• Use technologies from VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and other strategic partners.
• Prepare proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, solution designs, estimates, and pricing or ROI/TCO materials.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle, supporting implementation handoffs, adoption, and architectural guidance.
• Represent the organization in customer workshops, partner discussions, webinars, and industry events while mentoring internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering within a VAR, integrator, or services organization.
• In-depth experience in pre-sales technical roles, solution architecture, or technology services consulting.
• Experience establishing and delivering complex projects with a record of successful implementations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, build relationships at all levels, and manage multiple active opportunities.
• Relevant certifications in security, cloud platforms, cloud-native technologies, observability, DevOps, or FinOps are expected.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security operations, identity, data security, zero trust, and GRC.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud, observability platforms, and related practices.
• Fluency in TCO/ROI modeling and communicating financial cases to non-technical executives.
