What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth Technical Account Reviews to identify usage opportunities and obstacles for clients.
  • Own the identification and resolution of technical issues to ensure customers obtain full value from solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops departments to ensure timely closure of customer obstacles.
  • Design pre-sale solutions and deliver high volumes of customized client demonstrations.
  • Position and sell professional services and training to ensure ongoing customer engagement.
  • Present product roadmaps and drive solution enhancements based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical account role.
  • Experience performing technical account reviews for SaaS or tech solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of network and desktop management solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • English: Business-level proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of RMM systems, PSA (Helpdesk, CRM), backup, or security solutions.
  • Experience as a Microsoft Systems Administrator managing servers and workstations.
  • Networking certifications such as CCNA or Network+.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • College or technical degree.
