What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 35 existing customers to maximize deployment utility and grow Annual Recurring Revenue.
• Conduct business reviews and health checks with client executive leadership to drive satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts.
• Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving customer needs.
• Manage customer escalations to resolution by leveraging internal cross-functional teams.
• Mentor developing team members by sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior business professionals.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong time management and self-motivation.
