Account Manager (Insurance)

Account Manager (Insurance): Supporting the Private Client personal lines team by managing day-to-day servicing, policy processing, and client communication for High-Net-Worth individuals with an accent on accuracy, compliance, and carrier relations. Focus on maintaining high standards of service, managing complex policy changes, and ensuring seamless operations within the Applied Epic system.

Location: Must be based in the United States (PST preference)

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Support Account Executives with daily servicing, including processing endorsements, renewals, and policy changes.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and coverage summaries for High-Net-Worth clients.
• Maintain accurate records in Applied Epic to ensure full compliance.
• Liaise with major carriers like AIG, Chubb, and PURE to bind coverage and resolve service issues.
• Track outstanding underwriting requirements and policy documents.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and claims status.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with High-Net-Worth clients.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, or PURE.
• Familiarity with the E&S (Excess & Surplus) market.
• Proficiency with the Applied Epic agency management system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
