Salary: $75,000–$78,000

What you will do

  • Lead software implementation, configuration, and deployment to ensure clients maximize product utility.
  • Consult with clients to understand business needs, advise on best practices, and deliver customized solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical software issues for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement for assigned clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of technical or client support experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of hirify.global software products or significant experience in the property management industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Oracle, relational databases, or Microsoft network system operations.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices.
  • Must be available for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HTML and Cloud Services.
  • Ability to configure and manage networks and peripherals.
