Salary: $17.79 - $21.64 per hour

What you will do

  • Respond to agent and underwriter inquiries via email and phone while maintaining service expectations.
  • Prepare, review, and process new business, renewal binders, and policy changes.
  • Maintain electronic files according to documentation and retention guidelines.
  • Support team members during high-volume periods or absences.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with peers and industry partners.
  • Ensure daily procedures and reporting tasks are completed accurately.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience in a professional office environment.
  • P&C Insurance licensing in your resident state is required within 90 days of hire.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to apply critical thinking to resolve issues and identify key problems.
