Salary: $60,000–$67,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings and account audits to ensure product adoption.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and provide tailored in-person training sessions.
  • Promote new product releases and functionalities to existing accounts.
  • Monitor account usage to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
  • Travel up to 20% to meet clients in person and strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
  • Must reside in the Continental United States (excluding CA, HI, AK).
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience in Client Success or Account Management roles.
