What you will do

• Set and lead the international pricing and payer analytics agenda, turning complex data into actionable insights for pricing, access, and launch decisions across markets.
• Own and steward global pricing systems and infrastructure (VPAR, iCLM) to ensure security, compliance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure end-to-end pricing data governance and audit readiness, protecting data integrity and compliance.
• Provide forward-looking price forecasting and planning support to strengthen long-range planning and budget cycles.
• Lead cross-country IRP and pricing risk analyses, identifying spill-over risks and recommending mitigation strategies to protect global price corridors.
• Drive analytics adoption and capability building across regional and local teams, and influence senior governance forums with clear recommendations.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of both US and ex-US healthcare systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a sound understanding of pricing & reimbursement / HEOR principles to support Vertex.
• Ability to think strategically and produce pricing and market access insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to professionals at all levels.
• Ability to build relationships across geographies and at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, plus significant relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
