Salary: $170,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 5–6 software and test engineers.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to turn customer needs into scalable AI-native software solutions.
• Build and execute a roadmap that balances customer impact, technical excellence, and platform durability.
• Champion modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and automated testing.
• Coordinate across multiple engineering teams to unlock work crossing team boundaries and align on product vision.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning within the engineering organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams, including both software and test engineers.
• Experience building and delivering enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience shipping AI-native product surfaces.
• Experience leading teams that build modern web applications, design systems, or platform-scale SaaS.
• Background in legal technology or regulated enterprise software.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and developing future technical leaders.
