Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in Lehi, Utah)
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 5–6 software and test engineers.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to turn customer needs into scalable AI-native software solutions.
- Build and execute a roadmap that balances customer impact, technical excellence, and platform durability.
- Champion modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and automated testing.
- Coordinate across multiple engineering teams to unlock work crossing team boundaries and align on product vision.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning within the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years leading engineering teams, including both software and test engineers.
- Experience building and delivering enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping AI-native product surfaces.
- Experience leading teams that build modern web applications, design systems, or platform-scale SaaS.
- Background in legal technology or regulated enterprise software.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and developing future technical leaders.
