What you will do
- Develop and execute HR strategies to align with business objectives and provide executive-level consultation.
- Drive solutions for business needs and work collaboratively across executive leadership and Centers of Excellence.
- Provide employee relations support and coaching for the Construction organization.
- Implement strategic programs for training, development, and skill enhancement.
- Manage performance and conduct culture assessments to drive organizational growth.
- Act as a liaison between the division and HR functional areas.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR and/or staffing experience.
- Experience in workforce planning is required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle record searches.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or Human Resources preferred.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Proven experience supporting and coaching executive-level leadership.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business metrics and financials.
