Salary: Up to £43,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to generate upsell and cross-sell leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate customer needs into effective campaigns.
  • Create and manage targeted email marketing, webinars, and user groups.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop customer success stories and case studies showcasing product value.
  • Manage marketing platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, and Gainsight for automation and segmentation.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK as no visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Experience in customer marketing, preferably within the education or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and campaign creation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
