TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (B2B): Build and execute regional field marketing events and programs that generate awareness, drive qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow customer relationships with an accent on integrated activations across sales, BDRs, and customer growth. Focus on improving lead-to-opportunity conversion through sharper messaging, measurable SLAs/KPIs, and performance-driven strategy optimization.

Location: Hybrid – three days per week in our Atlanta or Austin office

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to exceed lead, pipeline, and revenue goals for assigned AMS sales pods.
  • Run integrated activations using in-person/virtual events, webcasts, industry conferences, executive hospitality, sales enablement tools, and targeted lead generation programs.
  • Partner with field sales, BDRs, channel sales, and customer success to align on events, programs, messaging, and timely lead follow-up.
  • Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion by equipping sales with stronger messaging, processes, and proven best practices.
  • Work with marketing operations to track, measure, and manage programs against SLAs and KPIs; analyze performance data and refine strategy.
  • Manage marketing budget with discipline and accountability; travel approximately 30%.

Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization required; this role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work visas.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong command of demand generation, pipeline acceleration, campaign management, and account-based marketing.
  • Extensive event management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management tools like Asana.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense.
