Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in-office.

Salary: $121,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Conduct market research and engage with clients to identify and validate new product opportunities.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and validation through launch, scale, and optimization.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and revenue growth.
• Partner with data science, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative data products.
• Drive go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or data analysis within the investment industry.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, data product fundamentals, and trading workflows.
• Proven ability to drive new initiatives from 0-to-1 in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a revenue-focused, owner mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the alternative data landscape and competitive positioning.
• Experience applying alternative data to the investment lifecycle (programming, statistics, backtesting).
• 0-to-1 startup or venture-building experience.
