What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface to the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative and senior leadership.
• Oversee the execution of all task areas, including engineering, operations, and program management.
• Manage day-to-day contract performance, task order administration, and resource allocation.
• Track and report program performance, progress, and execution status through regular reviews.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while enforcing quality control processes.
• Ensure all contractor activities align with government priorities and mission objectives.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain required security clearance.
• Minimum five years of experience in IT program management.
• PMP and ITIL v3 Foundation certifications required.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex federal IT programs and multi-functional teams.
• Must be available during standard business hours (0800–1600 ET).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DHS and/or CISA environments.
• Familiarity with federal IT governance frameworks such as SELC and NIST.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
