TL;DR

HR Business Partner (HR): Providing comprehensive HR advice, guidance, and operational support to the EMEA Sales & Marketing organization with an accent on employee relations and UK employment law compliance. Focus on managing complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases while supporting strategic recruitment and talent management initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Frimley, UK

What you will do

  • Lead and manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases from investigation to outcome.
  • Provide legally compliant advice to managers and represent the company in employment matters.
  • Conduct mediation and manage absenteeism cases in coordination with occupational health specialists.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes across EMEA Sales & Marketing locations.
  • Execute global HR projects, job evaluations, and talent management processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support workforce planning and headcount analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Frimley, UK
  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification (Graduate or Chartered).
  • 5–7 years of experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in employee relations and UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within an EMEA or international business environment.
  • Exposure to job evaluation and formal talent management processes.
  • Experience with European employment frameworks.
