What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR programs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Provide proactive HR consultation and creative solutions to managers across LATAM and the US.
• Lead performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment, and workforce planning.
• Resolve employee relations issues to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
• Manage complex, cross-functional HR projects and act as a liaison for Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HRBP in a global tech company.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven ability to support employees and managers across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proactive, independent operator capable of thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting cross-border teams in North American and Latin American fintech or payment markets.
