What you will do

  • Plan and implement marketing projects and campaigns across diverse channels with cross-functional agency teams.
  • Own delivery for less strategic projects and reporting initiatives, including monthly/weekly dashboards.
  • Manage end-to-end project planning from comprehensive project plans through submissions for regulatory review and launch.
  • Prepare client proposal decks and quotations for less strategic projects.
  • Monitor active client projects, stay aligned with client activities and strategy, and tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Support business growth with existing clients and prospects, escalating opportunities to senior account staff as appropriate.

Requirements

  • English: Native or fluent English is required.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership while building trusted relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop, submit, and present agency work for client regulatory review and route for submission process.
  • Ability to perform financial management, reconciliation, and tracking.
  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a client service mindset.
