What you will do

• Manage the preparation, collection, and organization of technical and administrative tender documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content compliance and monitor submission deadlines.
• Support the logistical and operational organization of congresses, events, and company meetings.
• Manage and update product-specific marketing materials in collaboration with international teams.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with project planning, reporting, and operational analysis.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, data analysis, and process automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Assago, Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in operational marketing, tender management, or project support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically in tender management.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Suite or Canva.
