What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new marketing investments from premium, fashion, and luxury brands.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through consultative selling and tailored proposals.
  • Define and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure profitable agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Data, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure campaign execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and account management within marketing or media.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Italian.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and campaign KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
