What you will do

• Manage a large portfolio of small business clients as a dedicated account manager.
• Lead monthly video calls to guide clients through tailored marketing programs.
• Implement and set up key marketing tools including email marketing, social media, and SEO.
• Onboard users to the hirify.global platform to maximize product value.
• Collaborate with internal content, product, and support teams to improve customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of the marketing curriculum for small business success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or consulting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for leading video calls and client communication.
• Proven track record of working successfully with small business owners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
