What you will do

• Lead test planning, strategy, and execution for complex data-driven platforms.
• Perform backend data validation using SQL, Snowflake, and Postgres.
• Drive automation maturity and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor application logs and facilitate defect resolution through the full lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to uphold quality standards.
• Prepare detailed status reports and test metrics for project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including creating stored procedures and views.
• Experience with Python and Unix command line tools.
• Familiarity with AWS services like S3 and Secrets Manager.
• Ability to work in shifts overlapping with Eastern Time (up to 11 PM EST).
• Bachelor of Technology or MCA degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Financial Services or Asset Management industry.
• Knowledge of data tools like Alteryx, Informatica, or DBT.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or AutoSys.
