What you will do

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned clients in partnership with program teams.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Collaborate with business development and program directors to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast key account metrics and interpret data analytics to inform marketing strategy.
• Partner with producers to manage project lifecycles from creative brief to completion.
• Coordinate with financial operations to ensure accurate invoicing and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• Must live in Eastern PA or Western NJ to attend client meetings as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing account management or client services.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and project management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred.
