What you will do

  • Lead agency teams in annual brand planning and marketing strategy for key pharma clients.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Manage account financial performance, including group productivity and profitability.
  • Direct and coach Account Supervisors and Senior Account Executives on their career paths and skills development.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and produce high-quality creative products.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities and organic client growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 12+ years of Brand AOR account experience, with 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising agency.
  • 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience in leading integrated agency teams for brand planning and multi-channel marketing.
  • Hands-on proficiency in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
  • BA/BS degree required.
