What you will do
- Lead the tactical execution of integrated and digital marketing plans for key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agency partners, ensuring needs are met.
- Oversee the development of campaigns, project plans, and regulatory submission processes.
- Track project budgets, monitor project health, and manage scope in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Prepare client proposal decks, quotations, and strategic reporting dashboards.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to agency best practices and compliance.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of related industry experience in advertising agencies, pharmaceutical companies, or consultative roles.
- Strong expertise in digital and print execution, marketing strategy, and media technology.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects to successful completion and maintain strong client relations.
- Experience with financial tracking, including estimate reviews and revenue management.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, marketing, biology, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
