What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project execution to ensure delivery against agreed requirements.
• Create and track detailed project plans while actively removing team impediments.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with external teams to support business processes required for project success.
• Maintain internal reporting packs and provide frequent updates to Studio Management.
• Identify and propose process improvements to relevant Capability leads.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Sofia office.
• 3-5 years of professional project management experience.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change within a matrix organization.
• Resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications (APM, PMQ, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Servant Leadership.
• Technical capacity to translate complex technical language.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the iGaming industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
