What you will do

• Lead system implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate the installation of hardware and software products across marketing, operations, and table game systems.
• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical and operational results.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing on-site or remote support during go-lives.
• Identify lessons learned to continuously improve project management methodologies and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 4-5+ years of experience in project management or systems implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Eligibility to acquire and maintain required gaming licenses across jurisdictions.
