What you will do

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from SOW creation through written approval for project closure.
• Strictly monitor project budgets and scope alignment on a weekly basis, executing PCR procedures to manage scope creep.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, QAs, BAs, and architects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and handling escalations.
• Maintain project documentation in accordance with internal audits and prioritize the product backlog.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers on pre-sales meetings, estimations, and proposal artifacts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within the software development industry.
• Proven experience working in an outsourcing/agency environment is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Technical literacy: prior experience as a QA, Developer, or BA, or a degree in Computer Science.
• Ability to understand API integrations, SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
• English proficiency: C1/C2 level required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM/PSM II) certifications.
• Basic scripting skills or experience with low/no-code automation tools.
• Experience in identifying up-selling opportunities to grow client portfolios.
