Location: Gornji Milanovac, Serbia (onsite, permanent position starting September 2026)

What you will do
- Learn modern packaging production technologies and master safety, ergonomics, and environmental standards.
- Study customer quality requirements and ensure fulfillment across production processes.
- Gain overview of production workflows and balance efficiencies between different processes.
- Practice people management: set goals, provide feedback, track performance, and develop skills.
- Cooperate with supporting functions like planning, maintenance, and logistics.
- Contribute to World Class Manufacturing by eradicating losses using analysis, problem-solving, and follow-up methods.
- Lead projects and participate in cross-functional activities.
Requirements
- Finished Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in 2025 or 2026
- Confident Microsoft Office and presentation skills
- Mature professional personality with networking ability
- Problem solver with strong personal drive
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and apply learnings
- Fluent in English and Serbian (written and verbal)
