Process Supervisor

What you will do

• Check production follows Nordex processes and specifications.
• Identify process problems and establish corrective measures.
• Manage inventories and coordinate with subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Control timing, incidents, inspections, and notify Quality Manager of deviations.
• Monitor and improve quality, supervise outsourcing processes, train employees, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Participate in root cause analysis, develop process control plans, perform audits, and update daily reports.

Requirements

• Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, including self-compacting concrete.
• Polish – fluent
• Technical education beneficial; solid hands-on experience valued.
• Oral and written communication skills; advanced knowledge in software and office tools.
• Machinery, equipment knowledge; ability to work in teams.
• Methodical, analytical skills; resolution of technical issues.

Nice to have

• Experience in production processes.
• Experience as production supervisor or similar.
• Good English skills.
