What you will do

• Lead the technical sales process from initial discovery to post-sales success and renewals.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to design and propose solutions using hirify.global Data Platform.
• Translate complex customer business requirements into technical offerings.
• Educate prospects on the business value of hirify.global products and services.
• Manage technical sales activities across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Continuously update technical skills in rapidly evolving data and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of technology evaluation and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, data engineering, machine learning, or streaming technologies.
• Strong public speaking and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple challenging demands and switch contexts effectively.
