Salary: $85,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Lead the full OSP design process from concept through final deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop detailed telecommunications site designs using field data, GIS tools, satellite imagery, and engineering resources.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project scope and quality.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering, design, drafting, permitting, and client teams.
• Review fiber, utility, and construction drawings for consistency and adherence to industry standards.
• Establish and enforce QA/QC processes to maintain high-quality deliverables and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in telecommunications design, OSP/ISP engineering, or site development.
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience within design or engineering teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, IQGEO, or Vetro.
• Deep understanding of NESC standards and utility/municipal design compliance requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with telecom platforms such as Sitetracker and Comcast workflows.
• Experience integrating CommScope products and telecom hardware into design packages.
