What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to Assurance leadership to identify capability gaps and align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee the strategic development of learning solutions, including onboarding and core curriculum programs.
• Monitor accounting and regulatory trends to translate insights into actionable learning priorities.
• Facilitate technical training sessions and experienced hire onboarding across varying experience levels.
• Coordinate CPE activities to ensure compliance with professional development requirements.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Assurance, including at least 2 years in a Manager-level role.
• Active CPA license required.
• Experience facilitating learning experiences and applying adult learning principles.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• Experience in learning strategy, talent development, or L&D partnership roles.
• Familiarity with CPE requirements and coordination.
