Salary: $102,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end transaction lifecycle from initiation through execution.
• Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate leases, sales, and purchase agreements.
• Manage client communications, documentation, and internal stakeholder inputs.
• Provide supervision and guidance to transaction coordinators and analysts.
• Develop and implement strategic real estate plans to optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor account-level KPIs, budgeting, and revenue tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license.
• Proven expertise in complex lease negotiations and strategic real estate advisory.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret commercial real estate documents.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
