What you will do
- Support day-to-day activities for buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
- Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital assessments.
- Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
- Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
- Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring.
- Contribute to practice development, including marketing and client pitches.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting or professional services.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the Healthcare Financial industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA certification.
- Experience with Big Data analysis, visualization, or BI tools.
- Familiarity with financial research tools like Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and agreements.
