What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital assessments.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring.
• Contribute to practice development, including marketing and client pitches.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong interest and knowledge in the Healthcare Financial industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with Big Data analysis, visualization, or BI tools.
• Familiarity with financial research tools like Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and agreements.
