Senior Associate - Corporate Finance - Turnaround & Restructuring

Salary: $80,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for Corporate Finance Turnaround & Restructuring client engagements.
• Build three-statement, 13-week cash flow, and pro-forma scenario models.
• Execute financial analysis and prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with T&R specialists, BRG experts, external professionals, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to client pitches, marketing, and the development of the consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting or finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Willingness to travel as needed is required.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, equivalent certification, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or similar financial research tools.
