Salary: $111,900–$170,000 USD

What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end EOG transformation portfolio from conception through value realization.
- Partner with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap.
- Lead the development of robust business cases, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
- Implement strategic governance structures to manage scope, dependencies, and high-impact initiatives.
- Champion holistic process improvement by mapping and optimizing value streams.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to ensure business requirements leverage enterprise architecture and AI/ML.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MS) highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience executing large-scale, complex technology and business transformation programs.
- Expertise in hybrid operations environments (offshore/onshore) and matrixed organizations.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build data-driven business cases.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Product Management experience.
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
