What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end EOG transformation portfolio from conception through value realization.
• Partner with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap.
• Lead the development of robust business cases, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
• Implement strategic governance structures to manage scope, dependencies, and high-impact initiatives.
• Champion holistic process improvement by mapping and optimizing value streams.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to ensure business requirements leverage enterprise architecture and AI/ML.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MS) highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience executing large-scale, complex technology and business transformation programs.
• Expertise in hybrid operations environments (offshore/onshore) and matrixed organizations.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build data-driven business cases.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Product Management experience.
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
