What you will do
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of accredited CPD activities.
- Define learning objectives and outcomes to improve clinician performance and system effectiveness.
- Ensure content is evidence-based, clinically relevant, and incorporates adult learning principles.
- Maintain strict compliance with accreditation standards and interprofessional CE requirements.
- Manage disclosure processes and mitigate financial conflicts of interest.
- Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to align content with educational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, adult education, or instructional design.
- Experience in continuing medical education or healthcare education.
- Knowledge of accredited CPD planning principles and educational assessment.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management platforms.
