What you will do
- Develop and implement training assets with research-based instructional design for studio owners and teams.
- Gather feedback from internal and external sources to continuously improve training design and delivery.
- Establish measurement processes to evaluate and iterate training effectiveness.
- Design, build, schedule, resource, and facilitate training webinars and events for franchise and corporate audiences (occasional in-studio events).
- Partner with subject matter experts to align training objectives and create supporting content (audio, video, simulations, role play, games).
- Own franchisee-facing communication channels and optimize content clarity and engagement across tools (Resource Center, Academy, Workvivo).
Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end experience designing, developing, and delivering training for large-scale corporate/business initiatives.
- Proven ability to design and build engaging learning content for remote audiences (evergreen and live formats).
- Demonstrated results in training effectiveness and front-line adoption across a distributed audience.
- Proven ability to manage projects and design training that supports effective change management.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, plus strategic and tactical communication planning and execution.
- Comfort influencing stakeholders at all levels and working effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
