TL;DR
Director, TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD): Lead a client portfolio and growth agenda across CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, and programmatic display with an accent on cross-channel integration, measurement-driven optimization, and financial stewardship. Focus on orchestrating partner/DSP optimization, embedding Bliss Point insights into planning and allocation, and translating incrementality and forecast-vs-actual narratives into executive-ready decisions.

What you will do
- Own senior stakeholder relationships and the client growth agenda; align full-funnel TVAD plans to business goals and secure decisions on trade-offs.
- Lead onboarding, transitions, escalations, and expansion; support new business with measurable-impact narratives.
- Orchestrate optimization across partners/DSPs (pacing, frequency/overlap control, quality/brand-safety/verification), pilot safely, measure, and scale.
- Embed Bliss Point insights into planning and allocation; close feedback loops with Product and Analytics to improve tools and models.
- Install measurement habits (incrementality/lift, A/B or time-series, forecasting) and drive forecast-vs-actual narratives for executive decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with governance (standards, scorecards, QA cadence) and coach managers to sustain quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in TV/video/audio/display with proven results at scale across CTV/OTT/Linear, online video, digital audio/podcasts, and programmatic display; management experience required.
- Hands-on knowledge of DSP/ad platforms and ad-server workflows, including frequency/overlap management and audience/data usage.
- Strong measurement background in incrementality/lift, powered A/B or time-series, and forecasting; ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach/attention.
- Financial acumen for margin/utilization management, capacity planning, and reliable forecasting in partnership with Finance.
- Leadership presence with clear storytelling and confident expectation-setting with senior clients and internal leaders.
- Must be based in the USA (remote).
