Location: Hybrid in New York, United States (Office Monday-Thursday)

Salary: $156,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Strategists supporting key client and agency partners.
  • Develop market-leading strategies and brand-specific solutions to deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Integrate ad products, content experiences, and data solutions to build holistic partnerships with measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage entertainment expertise to create strategies that unlock ad spend from Brand and Performance Marketers.
  • Streamline pre-sale workflows in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with product teams to foster innovation based on market feedback and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant CTV experience as a marketer or brand strategist, with expertise in ad tech and media.
  • Deep understanding of streaming, TV, digital, social, and programmatic advertising landscapes.
  • Professional experience leading and developing professional teams.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally to solve problems and build streamlined processes.
  • Experience presenting custom solutions to senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in New York to adhere to the hybrid work schedule.
