Senior Executive Assistant (Administration): Providing comprehensive executive support to the Chief Research and Innovation Officer NORAM and their leadership team with an accent on complex calendaring, travel coordination, and procurement management. Focus on anticipating executive needs, managing multi-timezone schedules, and ensuring high-level professionalism in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Location: Hybrid (Louisville, CO). Must regularly report to the assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide executive assistance to the Chief Research and Innovation Officer NORAM, including extensive calendaring, travel, and special projects.
- Manage the OneBuy procurement system for purchase orders and associated vendor payments.
- Coordinate large-scale meetings, team off-sites, and business operational reviews.
- Handle complex travel arrangements and expense reporting using Concur.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for key meetings and Town Halls.
- Monitor department budget spending and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience supporting multiple senior leaders.
- Must be based in or able to work in Louisville, CO.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities under pressure.
- Experience using CoPilot AI or other AI tools.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and OneBuy.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
