Senior QA Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work based in the Sofia office

What you will do

• Test end-to-end online slot game journeys and verify that game clients work as intended.
• Validate game functionality across operating systems, computers, and mobile devices.
• Identify, reproduce, diagnose, and track functionality issues using debug tools and JIRA.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans covering game features and jurisdictional requirements.
• Provide QA sign-offs for production releases and prepare status reports and documentation.
• Share knowledge and coach junior QA members while collaborating with engineering, design, and art.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software testing experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of computers, mobile devices, web application troubleshooting, and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with the product development lifecycle, complex problem-solving, task prioritization, and detailed documentation.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and add-ons.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
