What you will do

• Test mobile and desktop web applications, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Verify production configurations and troubleshoot live issues to ensure platform stability.
• Assist with integrations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for new brands.
• Report and track defects using JIRA and other bug-tracking tools.
• Help maintain test environments, including servers, microservices, and databases.
• Create and execute detailed test plans to meet development goals within sprints.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Basic proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and network troubleshooting tools (SSH).
• Practical experience with tools such as Postman, Git, JIRA, and Browser DevTools.
• Understanding of monolithic and microservices architectures.
• English: Effective written and spoken communication skills are required.
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a technical support role.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for prompt crafting, test design, and log analysis.
• Practical experience in testing complex web applications.
