QA / Test Coordinator

Location: Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, or Romania; work from the European Union region with a valid work permit required

What you will do

• Coordinate QA activities across complex delivery projects and serve as the primary QA contact between delivery teams, internal QA, customers, and external testing providers.
• Plan, prepare, and manage quality-gate evidence for formal reviews, delivery acceptance, release readiness, and invoicing milestones.
• Maintain testbooks, coverage reports, static-analysis results, execution records, deliverable registers, and other quality documentation.
• Coordinate Salesforce functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage defect lifecycles in Jira or similar tools, including reporting, prioritization, triage, retesting, and closure.
• Analyze testing and defect results, communicate risks and blockers, and drive corrective actions and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in quality assurance and coordinating QA activities.
• Strong experience with customer-facing QA processes, quality gates, test evidence, traceability, versioning, and audit readiness.
• Practical experience with Salesforce testing and defect coordination across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of static-analysis tools such as SonarQube, Salesforce Code Analyzer, PMD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release processes, delivery governance, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communication.
• Must work from the European Union region and hold a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience applying GenAI within SDLC workflows, including prompt patterns, defined processes, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development practices, agent-based workflows, and automation patterns.
