What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a QA team, overseeing task allocation and career development.
• Define and implement QA standards, methodologies, and testing guidelines.
• Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify quality risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business teams to support product delivery.
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and potential risks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a QA role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and the software development life cycle.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
