QA Team Lead (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing QA teams.
• 5+ years of relevant QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience with agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in Bulgaria without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, including task allocation, workload coordination, hiring, development, and retention.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute QA activities across new products, features, and integrations.
• Apply functional, integration, regression, and other appropriate testing approaches.
• Define, implement, and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate quality and delivery risks while improving QA efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, business, and external teams, providing transparent reporting on progress, quality, and risks.
