What you will do

  • Partner with the People team to support the talent acquisition strategy and refine recruitment processes, systems, and metrics.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, GTM, and operational roles, including phone screenings, interviews, and active sourcing.
  • Build talent pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn and GitHub, plus online/offline communities.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear, timely communication and engaging candidate journeys.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to implement structured assessments and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Support employer branding through industry events and content contributions, and use recruitment data to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience supporting or scaling a Talent Acquisition function in a growing start-up/scale-up environment.
  • Experience in one or more relevant domains: GPU/HPC/AI infrastructure teams, or Data Center, Critical Projects, and Construction.
  • Proven ability in active sourcing, networking, and building talent pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple role types.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and the ability to attract talent through engaging content and outreach.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment using metrics to improve processes and decision-making.
