What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across all R&D functions from initial research and sourcing to offer negotiations and closing.
- Act as a strategic Talent Partner to R&D Hiring Managers and Leaders to align hiring with long-term business objectives.
- Execute data-driven sourcing strategies to leverage a global network of high-caliber technical talent.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and Finance departments to negotiate compensation packages, including equity structures.
- Provide market mapping, competitive intelligence, and pipeline health reports to talent leadership.
- Standardize and optimize the R&D hiring journey to ensure a top-tier candidate and manager experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record of hiring Software Development Engineers and Engineering Managers.
- Experience hiring technical talent across Europe, specifically in Finland, Germany, Poland, and the UK.
- Must be based in Finland.
- Expertise in navigating complex negotiations involving competitive compensation and equity buy-outs.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and solve challenges in a competitive tech landscape.
