What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Tech and Product functions, specifically focusing on AI and ML engineering roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build high-caliber technical talent pipelines.
• Partner with Tech and Product leadership to align on headcount goals and provide market insights.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
• Drive TA team initiatives by leveraging AI to automate workflows and enhance candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and influence data-backed decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, Berlin, or Prague with the ability to visit the office regularly.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a global, fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong track record of sourcing and hiring for specialized technical roles, particularly in AI and Machine Learning.
• Experience partnering directly with Tech and Product leadership teams.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Ability to navigate cross-border collaboration and diverse markets.
