What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Tech and Product functions, specifically focusing on AI and ML engineering roles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build high-caliber technical talent pipelines.
- Partner with Tech and Product leadership to align on headcount goals and provide market insights.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
- Drive TA team initiatives by leveraging AI to automate workflows and enhance candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and influence data-backed decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, Berlin, or Prague with the ability to visit the office regularly.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a global, fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong track record of sourcing and hiring for specialized technical roles, particularly in AI and Machine Learning.
- Experience partnering directly with Tech and Product leadership teams.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Ability to navigate cross-border collaboration and diverse markets.
