Salary: $190,280–$285,000 per annum

What you will do
- Define and own the enterprise AI tools strategy, tracking industry trends and emerging capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end tool expansions, including evaluation, business case development, and procurement coordination.
- Serve as the primary interface between applied AI teams and business units to surface real-world use cases.
- Design and run enterprise AI enablement programs, including training, change management, and adoption tracking.
- Partner with AI Governance to ensure all rollouts comply with risk frameworks and policy guardrails.
- Educate and influence executive leadership on AI capabilities and strategic investment decisions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, strategy, adoption, or change management.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide technology evaluations and procurement coordination.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and evangelize strategy.
- Experience designing and scaling training or Center of Excellence programs in complex environments.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS AI tools and agentic AI platforms.
